NAVigator - For highly qualified immigrants |
 NAVigator is a course that we offer highly qualified immigrant jobseekers. The course brings 20 different people together to form a learning and work community. What they have in common is a strong inner drive to change their own situation. The course's basic principles are the same as those in SYSLAB.
The aim of the NAVigator course is for the participants to gain relevant work experience through their own efforts, either in the form of a job or as a trainee. The course includes elements such as network-building, Norwegian culture and society, jobseeking, applications and CVs, as well as an introduction to casework in the public and private sectors. NAVigator has a three-month theoretical module followed by three months' work experience.
