Ever since its establishment at the High Technology Centre in Bergen over 15 years ago, SYSLAB has helped increase the expertise and motivation of over 1,100 people in Norway through self-development programmes.
SYSLAB's Norwegian history started at the High Technology Centre in Bergen in 1992. At present, our Norwegian business is based in Oslo, where we run two programmes commissioned by NAV: SYSLAB® and NAVigator.
SYSLAB® is a skills centre for highly qualified individuals looking for a new job. At any given time, there are 40 people here with knowledge and experience from a broad range of disciplines such as marketing, sales, IT, communication, financial and project management, to name a few.
NAVigator is a resource for highly qualified immigrant jobseekers. The course's aim is for participants to gain relevant work experience through either a job or traineeship. The course comprises elements such as network-building, Norwegian culture and society, job seeking, applications and CVs, as well as an introduction to casework in the public and private sector.
Whether you are on the lookout for new employees or a jobseeker yourself, more information about SYSLAB® and NAVigator can be found on our website.
